-EVALUATION: J-Mike can offer you a personal assessment to determine your goals, limitations, and fitness level. He will cater to your specific needs and ensure the best training for your abilities. - J-Mike has been awarded Statewide Trainer of the Month ten times.
- Additionally, J-Mike was named Trainer of the Month at the Bally Total Fitness West University location for 16 consecutive months.
